How is your Human Spirit doing? Is yours broken or thriving as we head into 2023? 7 questions to ask yourself to find out.
I once got a message on a tea bag tag that said: “nothing can break the human spirit”.?
As I look around the world today, I wonder how many people feel broken- unsure or concerned.
I wonder how their Human Spirit is doing. I also wonder how many have shut off from how they feel totally and are living in a state of reaction or default. Is this you- on any level?
Complacency concerns me as this is when others step forward and dictate how we should live our life. This is not a good thing; however, I see this becoming more of a reality. As people feel less empowered- they default to others to make choices about their life.?
Honoring your Spirit, having a sense of excitement for living, connecting with your emotions, and overall well-being are all ways to honor our Human Spirit. I truly believe that we cannot have a healed society, make a change, or create a just world, if we do not reclaim and repair the human spirit- in all of us.
As humans, many of us don’t want to be defined by the external world - we want to create the world we live in. In my life personally, I have decided that it is now time to define more clearly than ever before what I want my life to look like. With increased globalization, The World Economic Forum projecting that you will own nothing by 2030, and current plans for global digital currency and AI to become mainstream within 2 years, we need to know ourselves and what we now desire, more than ever before.?
I am preparing for 2023 by asking myself some important questions. Here are the questions I am asking myself? Are they useful to you?
What do you most desire your life to look like in 2023? Be specific.
Where are you living?
How are you spending your precious time?
What impact are you making in the world?
Are you feeling fully alive and engaged in your life?
Are you making choices that excite you?
Do you have hope for where the world is headed and feel a part of the decisions being made about your future??
The new year, 2023 will be what we make of it. Be wise and be at choice.
