I loved my break ... especially since I could travel to my family again!

How was your holiday season?

My first Christmas with my family in New Zealand for 3 years.


Lots of games??? and travel around all sorts of places, plus lots of food, and climbed a couple of mountains.


It was so much fun.

Then back in Australia and a recent quick trip to the Gold Coast from Tasmania.


Now, you know I've always said we are our own 'case study'.?


Our behaviour and choices end up giving us the life we live.


I made some terrible food choices in NZ and the Gold Coast. I'm talking about ???????? and what it does is ... it creates a phenomenon of?craving?... to consume MORE and MORE.?


And I did.

After 10 days in NZ eating all sorts of things I don't usually eat ...?

After 4 days on the Gold Coast eating all sorts of things I don't usually eat ...


I'm back home ... eating my healthy food, exercising and drinking loads of water (and a couple of coffees ??).?


My 'case study' results are: put on 2 kgs, stomach a bit fluffy and sleep data from my Oura ring showed I had lots of awake time and not much Deep sleep.
