Our measurement tool has 5 steps:

1. Identify the social issue to target (done in conjunction with the client)
2. Create a framework,
3. Monitor the progress with our Qualitative data methodology,
4. Measure/analyse the data at participatory workshops with the service providers and the community to gain insights to unlocking new value.
5. Report on findings
