Have a seat in your favorite chair and work to quiet your mind. All you should do is think of a place, any place in the world that you could go to that is quiet, restful, and fills you with contentment. If you do not know of such a place, then make one up. Spend 5 minutes in that special place. Think about how the air feels on your body. Is the air heavy with humidity or is it light and breezy? Are you at sea level or high in the mountains? What does the air feel like? What does the air smell like? Do you notice the salt from the ocean or the cool, clean smell of fresh mountain air? What scent is the breeze?
Take 5 minutes every morning to quiet your thoughts.
