How are you using Soundcloud for your client? Do you use it to solicit biz?

I truly believe that my client Harley Flanagan should have his music licensed for TV, Film and Video Games far more than he has been. We are not working with a Publisher currently as Hardcore is so niche specific in its audience, most do not really understand its power in the aesthetic setting of a scene or moment and the power of feeling it can provide for a moving picture frame.

So; the last few weeks/months I have built what I think is a pretty good list of Music Supervisors and Music Directors. Though in my career I have been successful with licensing and placements I do not do it on the daily as a practice. Since every client is different it is very hard to always be current. Anyhow, I know with what I see on TV and feel trend wise Harley and his hardcore sound are timely and should be in demand.

Hereby, Soundcloud... I've set up a page for Harley so that I can send it out to Music Supervisors for reference. Do you think it is the right platform to link in solicitation? Is there a better way to send someone music that is not a heavy download?
