How are you Tuning Your Sales Talent?

I firmly believe that everyone is a salesperson. It might not be in your job description or title, but at the end of the day, you influence others to do something. At the core, that is sales.

The just-released CliftonStrengths for Sales report is designed to help salespeople see how their innate talents contribute to greater success in their sales roles. I have been using mine a lot!

As the CliftonStrength Community Manager, it's my job to influence and guide the over 13,000 Gallup-Certified Coaches we have around the world, and another 50K enthusiasts, with content and information that makes their job as coaches and strengths champions, better and more productive.

My #6 CliftonStrengths Theme is Positivity. On that page of my report it says:

It’s not your job to take responsibility for everyone’s feelings, but your natural ability to raise morale is an asset to others — specifically your customers."
