How Are You Keeping Your Vision Alive?

How Are You Keeping Your Vision Alive?

I’ve been reflecting on how we stay focused on what truly matters, especially when life and work feel overwhelming. It’s something Jed—a Limitless alum and one of our 2025 coaches—recently shared with our members, and it got me thinking about the power of creating systems to keep us on track.???

When Jed first joined Limitless, he often joked about having “negative 4 days off.” He was working harder than ever, but instead of making progress, he felt stuck, overwhelmed, and pulled in too many directions. Sound familiar???

Limitless gave him incredible tools, resources, coaching, and a supportive community, but Jed quickly realized something critical: success isn’t just about having access to great resources— it’s about building a system to apply those resources effectively and consistently.?

Early on, Jed noticed that many Limitless lessons and tools were interconnected, yet he had been treating them as separate exercises. That realization sparked an idea: instead of approaching these lessons in silos, why not integrate them into a single system? That’s how his Limitless Life Book was born.?

This system became Jed’s anchor, helping him align his goals, priorities, and values while keeping them front and center in his daily actions.?

Here’s what makes it so powerful:?

  • Revisiting his Big Why weekly: Jed’s Big Why is his North Star—the driving force behind everything he does. Every week, he reconnects with it, grounding himself in its importance. To make it real and vivid, he pairs it with photos of the life he’s building: family, skiing, and time by the water. These reminders keep him motivated and focused.?

  • Focusing on his Big Three priorities: Each year, Jed identifies three top priorities to guide his decisions. These priorities keep him focused and help him avoid distractions, ensuring every action serves his long-term goals.?

  • Using decision filters: Jed uses his mission, vision, and values as filters, ensuring that every choice he makes aligns with what truly matters.?

The takeaway: If you’re looking at your framework week after week, it’s hard to fall off track for very long. That level of clarity and accountability is what creates and sustains change.?

Jed’s story is a powerful reminder that success comes from clarity, consistency, and intention. It’s not about perfection—it’s about creating a system that works for you, helping you focus your energy and align your actions with your purpose.?

Here’s my challenge for you this week:?

What systems have you created to stay accountable to your vision and goals? Are you focusing your energy on the right activities that truly align with what matters most??

You don’t need a perfect system to start—you just need one that keeps you moving forward.?

No limits,?
