How Are You Going With Your FREEDOM KPI....?

HOW ARE YOU GOING WITH YOUR FREEDOM KPI...?
As practice owners, we are quick to set KPIs for our team and practice, but we often neglect to address one of THE MOST IMPORTANT KPIs of them all…
Your FREEDOM KPI.
Because isn’t THAT why you started this thing called a private practice...?
To have a business that is yours...?
A business where YOU (and not 6 levels of upper management) have the FREEDOM to decide when you work, what work you do and how much you do...?
I was reflecting on my personal FREEDOM KPI this morning, as I was ending my morning run with a walk on the beach.
And I felt pretty impressed with myself.
Take today, for example.
Today, I only have 2 hours that I am committed to ‘working’, but BOTH of these hours are time invested to build my FREEDOM even more.
What do I mean…?
Well, at 2pm I’m being interviewed by the fabulous Nicola Moras as part of the ‘Into the Spotlight Series’. This interview will lead to exposure for my brand and….
Exposure = Freedom
Visibility = Freedom
At 3pm, I’m meeting with my new Tech Guru (yes, I’ve decided that will be his official Job Title) which will allow me to outsource all tech-related issues in my business to someone whom is an expert in tech.
Yes, I can do the tech, but it takes time - time that I could be spending walking on the beach…. you get my drift?
So ask yourself this…
What is your ‘freedom metric’ looking like right now?
And more importantly, what are you going to do about it?
The ball is in your court.
Freedom is your KPI.
You can choose to ignore it or you can choose to make it yours.
Better get to it.
Yours in Private Practice Success,
Gerda
