How are you going to ensure women safety in Delhi-Gurgaon?

I booked a shared cab from gurgaon to delhi on my daily route with Ola. I understand the shared cab rules since I book it twice a day - so delay, rerouting, noisy co-passenger are acceptable on daily basis.

The usual experience of 'passenger booking shared cab with too much luggage' happened and after reaching his destination we waiting and the passenger cancelled the cab. - accepted scenario.

the second booking was at dronacharya metrostation. 

Three Drunk men boarded on the shared cab with me.

1. Shared cab doesn't allow more than 2 seats, didn't cab driver know this?

2. you can't board drunk passenger in shared cab specially when there is a female already seated.

The three men boarded and the cab started and reached gitorni, cabbie got another booking so he asked "how many seats have you booked?" they said they didnt know, they don't even have the app!!

The cabbie called customer support and confirmed there is only 1 seat booked. he de-boarded the other 2.

since then the left drunk passenger started fighting with the cab driver.

I had to call up the emergency and i received the call within 5 Minutes fro ola safety team. The executive asked me to get down from the cab as the immediate solution. I mentioned him that I am a person with injured leg and have stuff with me. CDR Chauk (chhatarpur metro station) is a heavy merging traffic area and it is dark to stand in area not marked safe as such.

3. what if the drunk man has reacted upon why i have reported the support and I wouldnt be able to pick the emergency call?

Further the driver took a wrong route and didn't turn until I started shouting to take a U-turn and take the correct route (Since my drop was first)

However I am safe and reached home but this drive was shit scary and I had to call my friend to stay on call till I reach home.

4. Entire journey the man and the cab driver kept fighting what if their fight heated too much and some mishap occurred?

above everything if something have happened except "apologizing" and regrets? The actions taker "later" can't repair the damage!

OLA wouldn't do anything over this matter because this is something they hear daily.

hence I shared the concern with details and video to delhi traffic police fb messenger, guess what response I get?

They provided me with a landline number to contact transport authority!!

It's not about being woman, being a man as well please be safe while you are travelling in OLA SHARE and share your ride details with your concerned people. You don't find single cab always despite of having money. UBER doesn't have immediate customer support.

Navigation drawer > emergency contact > auto share ride details > activate it

Trust me, when in need nobody is going to help you no matter you are a man, a woman, an old person, or an influential personality. The companies will apologize, you will regret and your loved ones will suffer.
