How are you getting your mind blown?

A big part of sparking creativity comes from throwing yourself into new experiences with the spirit of lighthearted fun, and being open to following the breadcrumbs down new paths of possibility.?

Working with my coaching clients (typically CEOs of growth stage companies), I noticed similar themes and challenges cropping up again and again, around scaling their leadership along with company growth. I hate the inefficiency of repeated problem sets!?

So I decided to write a playbook on scaling your leadership, as you grow past 100+ employees.

I wanted advice, tips and hacks from real-life CEOs, so I reached out to a bunch that I admire. Would you be willing to share your learnings for other CEOs following along on the journey? And I got a resounding “yes” from many. Of course, be happy to. And so I’ve been interviewing many CEOs on their real-life experiences with scaling their leadership.??

But something different and magical happened in the process. I’d been so focused on gathering material for my playbook, I hadn’t anticipated how their stories would transform me along the way. Each interview brought rich stories, anecdotes, and human moments. They brought passion and laughter, reflection and wisdom. They’ve brought honesty, authenticity, and wry self critique. They shared struggles and doubts. They blew my mind.??

When did you last feel truly inspired? Pull on the little threads of curiosity to unravel spools of inspiration. Be curious. Be open to possibilities lying in the least expected corners. Do new and tangential things. Do things that make you feel silly. Tap into your curiosity by opening doors and letting the world meet you in new and surprising ways.?
