Glenn Birkelev One way I usually encourage innovation in my team is by implementing "Innovation Sprints." It includes R&Rs, Rapid Protoyping, Cross-Functional Collaboration, No Judgement Zone and similar that provides a structured platform for my team to unleash their creativity, explore new possibilities, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
