How Are You Doing So Far?

Yes, it’s nearly June, halfway through 2024!? What’s happening?? Time to review your first six months.? Note what you have achieved.? Answer key questions such as:

* How happy you are with what you have achieved so far?

* What's going well and can I do more of it?

* What's not right and needs fixing?

* Where is the room for improvement?

* Can I quantify what I want to achieve?

* What needs to be put in place?

* How’s the economy and Election Year affecting me?

Check your list and write down what you need to do.? Then produce your plan.? Schedule, specific and measurable activities that will provide your fast-track to accomplishing your goals.? Once completed it's time for a treat!

Then diarise for the end September, to see if you are on track to achieve your goals.?

The clock is ticking - look forward to New Year's Eve.? Now list what you need to do so when the clock strikes at midnight, you arrive with a smile, because:

* Sales have gone in the right direction

* Profit is healthy

* Strong bank balance

* Have enough/more customers

* Marketing is working

* The plan is producing

Act Now

Put that precious time aside for review and planning.? Maybe, go offsite and/or work with a facilitator.? Reflect and visualise the rest of your year.
