When you and your c0lleagues transitioned to remote work, it’s likely you were in somewhat of a state of shock. With just days to adjust, you all came together and poured every ounce of energy you could muster into making the shift swift and successful. There was no time to pause or to process emotion—you had to figure out how to keep things running business as usual. And you did.
But now that the adrenaline has worn off and you have settled into a remote routine, you may be starting to notice that you aren’t quite yourself. The reality and longevity of the situation may be weighing on you, and you’re feeling the pressure.
Gauge your resilience by filling in the blank.
