How You Determine Success

After almost three years of marketing public service with absolutely no financial incentive, I think I'm at the cusp of out-performing some of the most formidable private employers out there when it comes to attracting top notch talent.

I'm not alone with this. I've been lucky with all the partnerships with various altruistic agencies that I have partnered with.  Without them I would be a miserable failure.

I haven't earned a single extra dime for what we have accomplished thus far, and yet the fact that I developed the careers of so many over the past few years makes me feel overwhelmed with spiritual wealth.

And really. What really matters in the end?
