How are you coping in the SDLT property boom?

Credible evidence from a number of recent surveys states that between 15 & 40% of all UK property transactions fall through. Property professionals cannot realistically expect to have much affect on the number one reason ‘Buyer changed their mind’ until some sort of bonding scheme is introduced, but there are other ways to stack the cards in your favour. However, two other categories, ‘Transaction took too long’ & Problems with surveys’ (or ground it is built on) can be actively influenced.
