How you can win $50,000 of free PR ???
Welcome back to Pure Pulse
I am a huge believer in working to your strengths. It’s one of the reasons why I have built a team of people who are better than I am at many things. A team of generalists who are working on being well-rounded does not compare to a team of specialists who are developing their strengths.
Leverage your unique strengths and develop the weaknesses that hold you back.
There are going to be some things that you are never going to be good at. It’s ok! Don’t try to develop all your weaknesses - only the ones that are holding you back in your role or ability to lead well.
You will get far greater outcomes and returns if you invest in working to your strengths and growing even stronger in those areas. And identifying which weaknesses are critical for you to develop. The rest should be done by people who have strengths in those areas of your weakness.
It’s why I wrote this newsletter intro, but someone on my team took care of the visual design!
