HOW YOU CAN USE REVERSE FASTING TO LOSE?WEIGHT…

There is so much buzz around “fasting”, but nobody is talking about the power of “reverse-fasting”. This is one of the most powerful weight-loss and fat burning tools around. 

Hey Team!

After a great birthday spent with family yesterday, I am ready to GO!

Hitting the ground running this AM….

I am heading down to Miami in just a few hours to do a show recording today, and after a late dinner last night, it reminded me to share with you the Fasting Strategy called, Reverse Fasting.

Now, we all know that FASTING is a buzzword in the health and fitness industry today, and, for some it does work as a solution to lose some initial weight.

It is not a long term solution, but a short term solution that can work well if standard “weight-loss” procedures of calorie monitoring, nutrient infusion, and exercise are not working at a strong pace.

But something that I do recommend, 1–3x per week, is Reverse Fasting.

It can be translated simply as either:

  • Skipping Dinner
  • Having an Early Dinner (before 5pm)

Simple.

It brings me back to thinking about my Grandmother, who lived to be 7-day shy of 100 years old, who would eat dinner at 4pm-4:30pm each day… and going to bed around 10pm.

This would mean, there were 5.5 hrs. of not-eating (reverse fasting) before bed + your entire night sleep, up until you decide to have some breakfast.


I call it Reverse Fasting because most FASTS are focused on the AM fast, but, if we eat dinner to late, that is where we can really pack on the pounds.


SO, if you are serious about dropping a few pounds, give Reverse Fasting a try.

It will take some discipline and some re-working of you current routine and eating schedule, but it works.


The best part is that you will wake-up feeling leaner AND often times lighter.


And, if you are somebody that often times wakes-up without an appetite, Reverse Fasting has been known to re-regulate your appetite.

Think about it, if you go to bend with less in your stomach, that means the body can focus more on restoration of tissue and mind, rather than having to focus on those processes along with digestion.

Again, just a few nights a week can really help.

If you are looking for more, unlike traditional FASTING, early eating of your days last meal is something that can be done in perpetuity.

Give it a try.

And, you will feel great over time.
