This is my proven 6-step system, The IMPACT Process for success and if you implement these steps, you’ll save yourself a ton of time, money, and frustration:

This helps answer the question 

“What kind of coaching should I do?”

The objective here is to pick a niche based on your unique superpowers.

What are superpowers?

Superpowers are a unique blend of your core genius, your innate strengths, your passions and your experience. If you use them to serve a specific demographic (the WHO) and to solve a specific problem (the WHAT) now you've struck gold, because this will position you as a specialist, not a generalist, and will offer you a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Now the problem with superpowers is that most people struggle to see them. It's because most people are all too close to our own genius and have blind spots … The solution is to find an objective perspective you can trust,

Just like in this example where Jason says

What I can help you do is, discover those superpowers and create a high-end coaching offer around them. A lot of coaches who are struggling do NOT have clarity at this stage of their business. Therefore, it is very important to gain crystal clarity so you have a solid foundation for your business.

Step 2: M for Mindset 

Here, the objective is to identify and overcome subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs. 

Why is that important? 

It's important because many coaches and people who want to become coaches often have thoughts like 

“Who am I to coach anyone”, 

“I'm not an expert”, 

“I can't charge that much”

these thoughts and concerns may seem logical and valid, but more often than not, they are nothing but mindset issues. 

Things like:

?? Money blocks

?? Success blocks 

?? Imposter Syndrome

What we do together is help you reprogram your mindset. So you can own your gifts and go out there and confidently charge $3,000, $5000, $25,000 and beyond for your experience that has taken you years if not decades to acquire. And if hearing those numbers is making you uneasy then that is a sign that you may have some limiting beliefs that need to be eliminated.

Step 3: P for Package ?? 

This is the HOW … 

“How do you help your clients?”

“How much do you charge? 

In this step we help you create your signature, high-end coaching program. And the way to do that is to help you create a step-by-step solution to the specific problem that you help solve. This will be your core methodology, this becomes your IP, your intellectual property. Now you won’t be the coach who shows up on the coaching calls and says,

"Hey, let's talk" 

No!

With the proper systems in place, you will be the coach who shows up and says

“Step one - this is what you need to learn, this is what need to implement … step two and step three", and so on, and before your clients know it, they are crossing the finish line. That methodology and those results are what your clients will pay you TOP BUCKS for!

We’ll help you bundle all of this into a high-end offer of ideally $10,000 & beyond, it’s where we help our clients get to. If you’re not comfortable, we’ll begin at 4-figures, but we’ll get you to 5-figures within a couple of sales ??

These two steps work in tandem. And they help answer the daunting question, 

“How do I get clients?” 

Now, the objective here is to help you find your tribe and be seen as an authority so you can easily get clients without seeming SALESY, PUSHY or NEEDY.

We want you to resonate with people who will happily pay you $2 – $25 thousand dollars, those are the kind of people you want to attract, and we can teach how to do this with your messaging, with your online presence and with your positioning.
