How you can lose up to 10kg of excess weight in under 12 weeks by eating MORE carbs than ever before

I was speaking with one of our shifters a couple of days ago, someone who has actually achieved incredible results, of which weight loss is only just one of them.
All our shifters in fact are achieving things beyond their greatest expectations but weight loss is always a goal that is very common amongst people who want to improve their health and wellbeing. All of them always tell me that before they started on the journey with us, they genuinely couldn’t believe it was possible to achieve these kinds of results. That’s when I realized that I probably take it for granted because I have experienced it on my own skin so long ago and I see it in our practice daily, so for me, it’s now a given.
But when I had this conversation, I was reminded of how unbelievable to most people is, to be able to achieve what our shifters achieve. So I decided to do a video about it because I want you to know that it is possible to lose a LOT of excess body weight in a short period of time and in a safe way that allows you to not experience hunger; this approach also allows you to actually get healthier, which is the opposite of what most diets do to you.
And the biggest distinction that most people simply don’t believe to be possible, is that you can achieve all this whilst eating more carbs than ever before. It’s possible, I have done it in my own life, I’m just sharing this with you not because I need or want to talk about me: I want you to know that it’s possible because I’ve experienced it in my own life. I am 37 years old, this year and I am leaner than I have ever been in my entire life while eating more carbs than I have ever eaten in my life.
Sometimes I log in my food intake into Chronometer, which is a nutrient tracking app and on most days I eat anywhere between 70% to 80% of my daily calories in carbs. No jokes. Check out?the video on our Youtube?channel where I actually show you the screenshot.
This is how our shifters achieve the greatest results of their lives and their minds are blown, but you’ve got to have the right strategy. In fact, what I find is that most people fail on nutrition not always necessarily because they eat too much. Some people obviously do but that’s not what I see the most.
What I actually see the most is people being puzzled because they think they don’t eat that bad and don’t eat that much and it’s true, they don’t. They’re just not eating in the right way and not eating the right foods in the right proportions. So the nature of the work that they need to do to transform their nutrition and achieve the results they’re after is actually very different from what they think.
They’re thinking they need to eat less but that’s not it. And most definitely, they don’t need to eat fewer carbs; they just have to eat different foods in different proportions.
