How You Can Help Rebuild Main Streets

At Heart on Main Street, we aim to support independent retailers and breathe life back into Main Streets nationwide. This year, we’re calling on businesses and individuals to help us make an even more significant impact through our Silent Auction on April 4th and 5th.

Why Your Support Matters

Last year, at the EVOLVE Conference, we hosted a Silent Auction that raised an incredible $10,000 for The Mixed Mercantile, a beloved local shop in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Their store—along with much of their town’s Main Street—had been devastated by a tornado. Thanks to the generosity of businesses and individuals like you, we provided critical funding to help them rebuild and reopen their doors. While The Mixed Mercantile is still rebuilding, they hope to be back in operation by summer 2025. The impact of your support has brought hope to a community determined to recover.

This Year’s Goal

Natural disasters can devastate communities, particularly the small businesses that are the backbone of Main Streets. That’s why the funds raised from this year’s Silent Auction will go directly toward grant programs for independent retailers impacted by natural disasters. These grants provide immediate relief and long-term support to help businesses get back on their feet.
