We recently read an interesting news article somewhere and we are sure you must have read it too, especially if you're someone who likes to keep yourself updated online. It was about a CEO who quit a $68 billion firm to go sit on a beach and do nothing. Sounds funny, right? But we think it's the first time a CEO made an unquestionably right decision. Why? Because he chose happiness over his job.
Now the question is "Can we all also do what he did?" The answer is "No, we can't!" Reasons to justify this could be many, but if we have to narrow it down to one, it would be paying our bills. Yes, bills! Also, as responsible human beings, we have to think about our families and our economies too! But if we are going to the ones thinking about everything. Who is going to think about us and our mental health?

Ask your employees about their weekend plans and give them recommendations for places to chill and eat. Never ever burden them with an extra load of work.
