How will you achieve your goals this August?

A new month is upon us and with it comes new opportunities. Your goals as an individual and as part of your team deserve to take priority. In the words of Eric Butterworth...

"Don’t go through life, grow through life."

?Aimed at operational managers, strategic decision makers and those in a role to support staff in organisations. Change might be a part of the continual improvement of your services or there might be a bit organisational restructure on the horizon. Whatever the change, if staff might need to take on different responsibilities or move between teams, there is often resistance or worry.

Fear of the change and the unknown is understandable, but organisations need to change to stay relevant and competitive. Whatever the change, this course aims to work with managers to better understand the people involved both at management and operational level so that they can offer support throughout and have the best outcome for everyone.
