In this busy world where you have hardly any time to think of yourself, take out some time for yourself and involve in some kind of Yoga class. Believe me; it would bring remarkable change not only in your body but your life will also change tremendously. Your vision for life will change in a great very positive manner. Many say about the regained body structure after engaging into a life changing Yoga session and to many a Yoga journey is a pure journey towards the salvation of full mind and body. Today I am going to share the experience how yoga changed my life. The time I started Yoga, I realized that it is not only my waist circumference that is being benefitted by it but my outlook on life, affection towards unnatural cravings that could make me happy instantly and much more is happening with me & my pure soul.
STARTED CARING ABOUT ME MORE
Love for myself started growing from the next day as Yoga made me understand it is the self whom I need to love and like the most as it is the only connection between me & the eternal being. Before when I was just a yoga beginner, I used to hate pedicures, but as yoga made me hanging around in bare feet feel cool, I felt the urge to beautify my feet too.
MY WARDROBE GOT A MAKEOVER
It was only black, grays and jeans clouding my wardrobe before my first yoga classes. It was after the session only that the whole outlook towards life has changed enormously. You could now only find great whites, pure whites and only whites brightly displayed in my wardrobe. It’s now purity everywhere.
THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL WAS BOOSTED
The confidence I never knew it was there hiding in me. It got boosted heavily only after my first little yoga session when I started to realize my potential while conducting classes or talked for the first time in front of a hall full of audiences. Rishikesh my first Yoga course taught me how to not fear but just win over hearts.
INFUSED OPTIMISM IN ME
Optimism that nothing bad could happen to me, there is no darkness, and everywhere it is only light, and a bright light was only the feeling I started having after my Yoga classes.
REVISED MY DIET CHART
Leaving junk food and becoming diet conscious and completely on the path of Ahimsa, would be so easy I had never imagined.
PULLED TOWARDS SPIRITUALITY
The ‘Me’ who have not felt much pulled towards God started to love everything spiritual and felt a pull back towards God.
NETWORKING IMPROVED
There were more friends and friends everywhere. I became more social, and networking with all strata of people became so very easy for me.
LOST THE FEAR FACTOR IN ME
Fear went off just as if it were never there in me. Without the loss of this, it would have never been possible for me to fight things as I did with my life problems.
Yoga not only infused every positive aspect of life in me but it also made me feel more grateful towards whatever I am blessed with instead of crying for what I didn’t have. Yoga acted just as a blessing on me.
