How to write email campaigns, in real life

Hey friend ??

As I’m writing this, I am simultaneously both semi-unpacked from my last weekend trip and semi-packed for my next trip. Fingers crossed my social battery lasts.

This is a repost of our monthly newsletter.?This edition initially went out on June 11. Sign up if you don't want to miss the next one.

Since the previous issue, I celebrated both my birthday and 2 years since I joined Userlist. That would mean it’s now been 2 years since I started writing this newsletter. And every month, it just gets more and more interesting to showcase the awesome things both the team and other SaaS professionals have done.

If you want to show me a cool thing you or your SaaS have done, drop it in the comments. ???

Now let me show you the nifty thing Jane has published (bookmark for later, you’ll need it):

Atomic Emails: Our Proven Method for Writing Email Campaigns

As you know, we offer done-for-you services and write email campaigns for Userlist clients. Based on these projects, we have developed a method for writing high-performing email campaigns, in real life. Instead of waiting for the muse, you can follow the steps and get reliable results.

Jane has compiled all the necessary steps into a detailed guide with examples.

Product highlight: Forms

Did you know you can create forms using Userlist to grow your marketing email list with lead magnets? You can either embed them into your existing landing pages, or have them on a hosted URL provided by us.

To get started with forms, go to Forms from the top navigation, then click Add Form in the top right corner.

From our miscellaneous drawer

  • Good demand gen content is hard to find, but this carousel by Jacalyn Beales is definitely in the top 5 resources I’ve found.
  • A good recap on what’s the deal with Slack’s AI privacy policy. A 2+ min video.
  • If it somehow passed you by, I recently started a side project with my friend mariano martene ?? . We’re curating quality SaaS-related content and sharing it in a newsletter every 2 weeks. Sign up if you want to join us.

And this would be a wrap for this month.

If you have any topics, ideas, or questions you’d like to discuss, reply to us. If you know anyone who could benefit from using Userlist, invite them to?book a demo.

Until next month ??
