How would your clients describe you?

Every day you meet new people, and all of them makes up their own opinion about you. To grow, both personally and workwise, feedback is the key. When you grew up your parents told you what you did good or bad, when you went to school you got grades, your friends and enemies tells you how they like or dislike what you do.

But what about customers? 








I asked many of the ones I have worked with to send me some feedback on how they would describe me in the process, on both good and bad.(Hopefully not to much bad)

And the feedback was the best Christmas gift ever! 



Under is some of the remarks I have received, and what I gets out of them is that I should keep on smiling (not to hard, working with the best team and best product ever), to speak more slowly when speaking with swedes, and of course keep up the pace, build relationships, and take excellent care of my fantastic customers.


So now I will have to keep up the good work in 2017 and make these and many more customers happy and satisfied.


Kim Jakobsson have during our dialogue demonstrated great perseverance, a good drive and a desire to shape their services in a way to accommodate us. He has also shown understanding that not everything can happen in just his intended schedule, but he has instead been concerned that things happen when we have time for that possibility.

An important piece of the relationship with that I would like to emphasize that is very good, is that he is available and easy to communicate with, even if we are both moving on to mention some sort of Scandinavian mix. Total summary I see it hard not to be happy if you have Kim who will help you through the process, largely due to his and his team's responsiveness and flexibility.

Mr. Jakobsson have a near perfect approach to me as a customer over the phone. With an honest communication and clear common strategies and goals, he keeps the momentum going forward with just the right amount of push.
