Every day you meet new people, and all of them makes up their own opinion about you. To grow, both personally and workwise, feedback is the key. When you grew up your parents told you what you did good or bad, when you went to school you got grades, your friends and enemies tells you how they like or dislike what you do.
But what about customers?
I asked many of the ones I have worked with to send me some feedback on how they would describe me in the process, on both good and bad.(Hopefully not to much bad)
And the feedback was the best Christmas gift ever!
Under is some of the remarks I have received, and what I gets out of them is that I should keep on smiling (not to hard, working with the best team and best product ever), to speak more slowly when speaking with swedes, and of course keep up the pace, build relationships, and take excellent care of my fantastic customers.
So now I will have to keep up the good work in 2017 and make these and many more customers happy and satisfied.
