Instantly, my mood shifted from frustration to fascination. Just like that, two emotions hit me hard - jubilation and guilt.?

I felt over the moon that I’d just made some money whilst queueing up for coffee.

I also felt guilty that people are still spilling blood, sweat, and tears to make money.

Now, I don’t say any of this to impress you, I say it to impress upon you.?Because it hurts me to see so many honest people who are overworked and underpaid. And if you feel this way, you’re owed an explanation.?

The traditional way of earning money is by trading your time, energy, and effort for it.?Your earning potential is limited because you’ll never earn more than the number of hours you work. Most people live this way because society teaches us all to live this way.

Now, the modern way of earning money is by doing the work once so you can get paid long-term.
