3 年I’ve always enjoyed working with a broad group of multi skilled multi talented and mixed ages and cultural backgrounds. I had a recent opportunity on a new project and hand picked the most experienced and actually one of the oldest employees. He’s 60 fit physically and mentally and has so much to give his hindsight and experience has helped me to develop and further my skills.

3 年Always good to have a mix of talents, experiences and motivations - the life stages comment is really interesting, as I agree age is just a distraction. Being open to a team exercise like MBTI can shine a light on how we work best ourselves and can provide some shared insights to allow more effective collaboration and understanding.
