How to Work Faster

Taking lessons from Sheryl Sandberg's book, Lean In for Graduates:

In a world full of opportunity, many women stop to ask first whether or not we can take it. A funny thing some of us do is that once we see something we want and that is right, we ask others first if it’s appropriate. We wait, debate, and soon enough somebody else will take up what we intended to do first (and of course, they would get full credit). 

We don’t need to ask for more barriers and more permission to do what we think would be the right thing. We could just do and see for ourselves, what might happen.
