How to work with that annoying person
Darren Fleming - Author Mindset Mastery
I show people how to control their attention so they can focus.
We all know an annoying person.
Whether they're at work, the school community or anywhere else. (Hopefully you're not married to them!) Why is it that they annoy you?
It's because of some programming that's inside you.
When they turn up, they are a stimulus that activates a response within you.
If you don't like them, it's actually nothing to do with them. It's something to do with what's inside you.
While it’s convenient to be annoyed with them, it’s not helpful. You can’t expect them to change so you feel better. How are they supposed to know what that is, and will you always be that way?
A more useful approach is to examine what inside you that is being upset by them.
Instead of being upset, be curious.
Be curious about why this person has activated something inside you. It’s an opportunity to undo some programming.
This person will show you where you can evolve your way of relating to people and the world. They highlight the programming within you that you can unblock to know yourself better.
If you don't like someone, look for the energetic sensations in your body. That person has the right to be the way that they are. You have the right to be the way that you are. You also have the right to be reacting the way that you do.

But ask yourself: Is it helpful?
This might be deep, so give it a ponder and try it today. Would love to hear your thoughts when you're ready.
Triggered by your co-workers?
I've created a worksheet that will help you highlight the programming that's within you so you can unblock it. This will help you deal with co-workers that you dislike.
