How Women Are Paving Their Way To Success In The Man’s World

In our society where we call ourselves secular and liberal, why is it still very tough for a woman to make a mark. Why are we pseudo liberal and behind the curtains we have hardcore thinking that men are superior.

It is time to shun that thinking and we need to give ample support to the growth of women. The changes need to be made from the base level, as women are considered natural caregivers, it is time for men to step up as nowadays women are earning and providing sustainable income to the family.

Why are women seen as illogical and who cannot take decisions? However when we see our Independence struggle, it was women, Jhansi Ki Rani who stood and fought and now many names like Sarojini Naidu, Kalpana Chawla and many others have make their mark on the map of the world.

Being a single woman, who is standing tall in the man’s world, is itself courage. In our society women are considered secondary in all aspects be it family or work. In order make ourselves known, it is not ebay in Indian society and we have a tough way to go, however despite all hurdles, we still face backlash, still surviving.

We don’t ask much, we only ask for the support, we have the courage, we need extended hand.
