This involves discussing the purpose of the visualization, the target audience, the design concepts, and any specific requirements or preferences you may have.

2.????Creating a project proposal: Once your vision and goals are clear, we can create a project proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, budget, and deliverables. The proposal should provide a clear picture of what you can expect throughout the project, including milestones and feedback opportunities.

3.????Developing the visualizations: Once the proposal is accepted, we will begin creating the visualizations. Depending on the documentation, the process may involve 3D modeling of your building, or we work with a provided model if it has sufficient quality. We may have some additional questions throughout this process and we update you regularly. There are important decisions to be made in this stage, for example finding the right camera angles. To help us make the most informed decision, we generate a bunch of raw renders with different atmospheres as a test, and you can handpick the images, and we will further develop.

4.????Revisions and refinements: The handpicked images are completed and presented for revisions or refinements to the design or the visuals. We are discussing all changes and requests and blending them with the visualizations. Our focus is on understanding your needs to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

5.????Delivery and follow-up: Once the visualizations are complete and approved, we will deliver the final product. We ensure you have everything you need to use the visualizations in your own presentations or marketing materials. Our team at ZORE Studio also follows up with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product and address any lingering concerns or issues.
