7 年Ivan Brewer I saw your comments Dr Richard Claydon's post. By sheer chance we put out this white paper only yesterday- and I think it links in with the post. We've got some great software that can be used to inspire employees- it certainly does not remove the role of the leader to engage with the team- but can enhance their toolkit. Take a look at both our wethrive and Tastahel products. The first works as a push and the second works as a pull on the employee's "why". Together, they make a powerful engagement suite, and had some great success with hotel chains etc.
