Here are three things to help internalize your goals. 1) List a reason as to WHY accomplishing each goal is important to you. This will help you stay motivated. 2) Schedule time on your daily/weekly calendar with SPECIFIC activities towards each goal. 3) List WHAT other resources and support you need.
