?? Burnout Prevention Starts with Data
→ Leaders can use anonymized data on work hours, meeting overload, and productivity trends to build healthier work practices
?? Wearable Technology Enhances Resilience
→ Programs that use wearables help employees track sleep, heart rate variability, and recovery, critical data for improving mental and physical health
?? Leaders Must Lead by Example

2 周I agree: what you're measuring and having the data is key and missing in so many employee wellness programs. There have been some mixed reviews on effectiveness of providing employees with wearables over the last decade or so. Supporting coaching along with the data that comes from individuals using wearables makes a lot of sense. It would be great to see CEOs investing more into coaching to support individual and organizational wellbeing. I am guessing what Steven is describing requires a significant budget.
