You're part of the team for more than 4 months now. How would you describe your time at Azqira so far?

My time at Azqira has been incredibly fulfilling and rewarding on both personal and professional levels. The team's fantastic energy and daily motivation drive us to produce the best work possible. Connecting with inner circle members in our closed community has been an amazing experience, as we meet visionaries who truly believe in the value of our product.

Professionally, Azqira has challenged me in the best possible way. We've had high-demanding weeks that require exceptional communication, organisational skills, and tackling new, challenging tasks. In the web3 department, we are breaking the norms of both web2 and web3, creating a product accessible to the masses while still maintaining the essential web3 culture of community and user focus.

On a personal level, Azqira has reshaped my perspective on what a company should be and how it should treat its team members. The support and emphasis on personal growth and well-being have been exceptional. I'm genuinely excited about Azqira's future and the positive impact we're making in the industry.

Are there any specific values or principles that you believe define our work culture at Azqira?

What do you enjoy most about Azqira?

I absolutely love the company culture at Azqira! What I enjoy most is the incredibly supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Here, every team member's ideas are valued and respected, fostering a collaborative environment where we work together to achieve our goals. Our founders' commitment to encouraging creativity and innovation creates a forward-thinking atmosphere that motivates and inspires us to push boundaries and make a real impact in the industry. It's truly a remarkable place to be part of!

1.) Early bird ?? or night owl ???

Work wise 100% early bird if we are talking weekends you’ll find me mostly either at the beach or night to party!

2.) coffee ?? or tea ???

Not much into either but I admit an iced white mocha is the way to go is always great!

3.) Apple or Android? ??

An apple a day keeps the doctor away :)) Apple.

4.) Summer vacay ?? or mountain retreat ???

Summer vacay 100% (I kindly decline any hiking, thanks).

5.) City life ?? or country living ???

City!! Beach, exhibitions, rooftops, nice restaurants!!!

How would you describe the overall working environment at Azqira?

At Azqira, our working environment can be described as dynamic, where we constantly adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities, wearing different hats as needed. Collaboration is the backbone of our team, valuing each member's input and diverse perspectives. Moreover, innovation is ingrained in everything we do, from using cutting-edge tools to promoting work-life balance, mental health, and even recognizing the significance of women's menstrual cycles.

In your opinion, what sets Azqira apart from other workplaces? What is done differently?

We cultivate appreciation and recognition among the team. The Miro board, decorated with each team member's photo and anonymous compliments, creates a positive and encouraging atmosphere. We take the time to acknowledge and celebrate each other's contributions and achievements, which not only boosts morale but also enhances our sense of togetherness and support within the company. This practice of creating a "wall of compliments'' is a powerful reminder that our work is valued and appreciated by our peers, making Azqira an exceptionally positive and motivating place to work.

Azqira's "How was your weekend call" on Mondays is a brilliant example of how the company goes above and beyond to build a strong team bond, even in a remote setting. This informal and fun online team-building activity encourages open sharing and creates inside jokes, bridging the age gaps and bringing the team closer together. It's an easy yet effective way to create a sense of belonging and make everyone feel connected. The jokes that come from this meeting are immaculate, absolutely chefs kiss!
