This is how Blue Finance launched Azlo in 84 days

Launching Fintech operations from scratch can be challenging. Key to success is having the right partners and technology to navigate the chaos.

Those of you who know me through my work are aware of the two major success stories involving launching online lending end-to-end operations under 90 days.

From these two, launching AZLO (Blue Finance Oy) is particularly worth mentioning.

Together with an amazing team only assembled few months earlier, we launched fully functional operations by March 2020.

We had two technicians joining our team both from MAMBU and from Corezoid. Today, when I look back at those days, I am certain we couldn’t have achieved this speed to market without these two experts.

Three major pieces made it possible to grant our first loan online in only 84 days; MAMBU ledger combined with Corezoid processing platform and of course, an amazing team that joined our project around Dec-Jan (2019-20).

MAMBU and Corezoid are partners and both combined offer probably the most efficient composable banking architectures that exists today.

For example, Finovate echoed the very much celebrated partnership between MAMBU and Corezoid back in 2019.

Honestly, I have to admit that MAMBU and Corezoid were solutions with which I was not familiar at the time. The learning curve however was very mild.

MAMBU not only supports transaction booking, but it also allows the creation of a multitude of products with infinite iterations.

The fact that products can be created easily and tested within only a few days makes this combo (MAMBU/Corezoid) a must-have key success component.

Thanks to Corezoid, we were able to integrate graciously with +30 vendors, seamlessly.

Instead of coding thousands of lines of code we simply built our processes through a visual studio type of UI with already pre-built blocks from an existing repository.

Working with the Corezoid interface is like playing with LEGO bricks.

Some basic functions include:

  • Create new process
  • Add and edit nodes
  • Create links between nodes
  • Execute API (POST/GET/PUT) calls
  • Retrieve, save, forward datasets
  • Call webhooks
  • ...

Click’n dragging (customisable) pre-built modules enable creating processes with minimal coding skills.

Working with multiple APIs and webhooks is very easy, and crazy fast.

Like one of our partners put it "Corezoid is like Zapier, but on steroids."

Retrieving data, storing and passing it over based on specific rules is a visual game.?

You have full control and the ability to track the flow of information in a visual UI.

Because Corezoid is a no-code tool, it becomes very easy to spot deficiencies and streamline such processes.

Corezoid can be many things to many people, more than often it is a process orchestrator. It is also an operating system, but it can be utilised as a process management tool basically.

For example, Corezoid can simplify your API management and clean the chaotic spaghetti setting in your organisation.

Corezoid is a proprietary technology patented by Middleware Inc., a US based organisation founded in 2014 and headquartered in Redwood City, California.

Its great success is indisputable, and has been largely validated by the biggest brands on Earth. The company’s customers include VISA, Western Union, TBC Space Bank, Glovo, METRO Cash&Carry and many more.
