One of our clients, a large IT company, faced a classic problem: employee motivation was decreasing, engagement was dropping, and traditional bonus schemes were losing effectiveness. Cash bonuses were taken for granted, and corporate culture participation remained minimal.

How We Implemented the Project

1. Analyzing Employee Needs

First, we deeply analyzed what truly motivates employees. We found that people value not only financial rewards but also recognition and status within the team. This led us to the idea of digital achievements through NFTs.

2. Developing Tokenomics

We designed an internal token economy where tokens couldn’t just be “hoarded and withdrawn” – they had to be used within the company, boosting engagement.

3. Integrating with ERP

The ERP system became the central platform displaying:

  • Employee token balances
  • NFT avatars and their progression
  • Available rewards and the internal marketplace

Results
