Embracing our "One LinkedIn" value, we've come together to build innovative solutions that empower job seekers to take the next big step in their careers and help businesses thrive in the new world of work, while always putting our members first. ?

Across the globe, we’ve accomplished so much—hitting major milestones, making a positive impact in our communities, learning new skills, and yes, having some fun along the way.?

As we look ahead to 2025, the possibilities are endless. We’re not just building solutions; we’re reimagining what’s possible for the workforce of tomorrow—and we’re just getting started.?

Our vision is at the heart of everything we do. This year, our teams have gone above and beyond to lead initiatives that benefit our communities and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future. ?

Here are just a few ways we’ve delivered impact in service of our vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce:?

• Partnered with organizations committed to ensuring all members of the global workforce have access to the skills needed to transform their careers including justice-impacted individuals, and?individuals from diverse backgrounds?

• Volunteered to mentor military families, refugees and migrants as LinkedIn Coaches?

• Our apprenticeship program, REACH, continued to prove that you don’t need a college degree to build a career in tech, just the opportunity to show your potential?

• Our team in Bangalore coached women engineering students in India to elevate their career journeys?

Creating Opportunities to Help Our Teams Reach Their Goals?

At LinkedIn, we want our team members to feel supported and empowered to do the best work of their careers.?

This year, we've made some exciting changes and additions - from investing in coaching and skills-building programs, to creating inviting spaces where collaboration can thrive.

To ensure that our teams have the tools they need to dream big:

• Our Workplace and Compliance teams partnered with ERG, EnableIn, to host accessibility activations across 11 major offices for Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) and highlight LinkedIn's commitment to ensuring our workplaces are inclusive and accessible for all
• We've added additional spaces for our teams to collaborate including a new coffee bar in San Francisco and OTE Space in Bangalore, and a brand new office space?in Japan
• Team members level-upped their careers with our new Coaching for All program ?

Product Launches That Create Value for Our Members?

Not only did we turn 21 this year, but our teams led us to push the boundaries of innovation! Rooted in our responsible AI practices, our Engineering team has reimagined our product portfolio to connect the world’s professionals and build tools to make them more productive and successful.?

• We released games to help bring professionals together, the newest being Tango?

• Built human-driven AI Agents to help members be more productive and successful

• And launched the video tab to foster knowledge sharing among the world's professionals

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) continue to play a pivotal role in helping LinkedIn foster an inclusive culture where our team members feel valued and can bring their full selves to work.???

Our ERG leaders invest their time in planning impactful events and meaningful initiatives that invite members and allies to learn and celebrate together.?We’re thankful for all that they do for our community, including:

• LIAA (LinkedIn Asian Alliance) created interactive experiences to celebrate ?Filipino American History Month and Lunar New Year ?

• Out@In hosted global events for Pride, including a joint event with Microsoft ERG GLEAM in Japan ?

• HOLA (Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance) closed out the fiscal year celebrating culture and building community?

• Women@ shared their experiences of breaking boundaries to achieve their dreams for Women's History Month?

• BIG (Black Inclusion Group) ?hosted inspiring community events from coast to coast for Black Heritage & History Month ?

• Wisdom helped us set the tone for the year by?sharing wisdom for their younger selves?
