We are not the most intelligent people.?

We don't have very many original ideas.?

What we do have is perseverance, passion, and a game-changing culture. Our team loves working for us, and our customers love doing business with us. Coupled with an insatiable appetite for personal growth and development, our company has thrived over the past 13 years.?

We operate by a Vision that our entire team co-created in 2015. We have refreshed our Vision a few times as we have grown from 1 branch to 5 branches (soon to be 6).?

Our Vision comprises three parts—Purpose, Values, and Mission.?

The first part of our Vision is our Purpose.?

Our Purpose is to provide peace of mind. Short, sweet, and cliche - we know it is overused by many businesses worldwide, but it means a lot to us. Our Purpose is very personal, and we take it to heart. Our Purpose is "why" we exist as a company. Sure, we operate to make a profit, pay our team members, and eventually pay our bills - but it is way more than that. Our Purpose is a compass on our journey together as a team.?

So, who are we providing peace of mind for??

Customers

Our Customers - this is obvious and not surprising. Our industry is full of companies offering slow, expensive, and unreliable service. Leading with our Purpose, we have transformed our customers' experience and allowed them to focus on their business and not worry about the air compressor breaking down or slowing production.?

Team

Our team - we show up daily ready to kick ass and perform at a high level. We hire rock stars, pay them well, invest in their development, and treat them even better! We also hold each other accountable and lead with servant's hearts. This is how we provide peace of mind to each other.?

Community

Over the years, our team has created many high-paying jobs with excellent benefits and advancement opportunities. Now, it has become our responsibility to continue to grow and scale to create more jobs for future team members while creating space for our existing team to grow and be promoted to leadership.?

Vendors

Our vendors - we learned long ago that "fast payments make fast friends." Focusing on our financial health and stability helps us ensure that vendors are paid more quickly than requested. In addition, we provide peace of mind to our vendors by being a good partner and are grateful for all they do for us.?

Government

Our government- yep, we appreciate Uncle Sam and provide him peace of mind. How? We do the right thing and happily pay our fair share of taxes. We don't play games, and we don't exploit the system. We operate our business morally and ethically.

These are examples of how we leveraged the power of our Vision, specifically our Purpose, to transform our company and dominate our industry. As a result, we are raising the bar on compressed air equipment and service.??
