How we spend our time across our lifetime

As we spend our time with friends, partner, co-workers and children and if we think analyse this time spent then we find that it is limited for everyone. Likewise in case of co-workers, we spend maximum time during peak working age while in case of children it drops sharply after a certain age. We spend our time with partner and friends until death do us part.

We also end up investing a lot of our precious time in making others happy or indulging in things which makes us happy. However such feeling of happiness is momentary. Investing sometime in this is fine but we should also realise that who are we? and what is our purpose of being?

We have duties towards our family, friends, co-worker, society and country. But our ultimate goal should be "Self-realisation and God realisation". The truth is that nothing is permanent in this world and we need to analyse why we are spending maximum time with them?

So let's also invest time with "Ultimate power" which can lead us to permanent happiness with simplicity, honestly, calmness, selfless services and Gratitude to God for everything.
