A True ONE Team Collaborative Approach backed by executive leadership
One of the main factors that contributed to our win was our true ONE team collaborative approach across customer, markets, and delivery. We created a diverse , and very talented small core team of experts who worked together to understand the client’s needs, challenges, and opportunities. We had healthy brainstorming sessions, constructive feedback, and risk assessment to ensure that our proposal was doable, winnable, and competitive. Our executive team constantly provided feedbacks and ensured we had demonstrated our ability to win and execute with confidence and professionalism.
A Transformative Delivery and Strong PMO
Another factor that set us apart from our competitors was our transformative delivery and strong project management office (PMO). We created two dozen transformation themes across towers and executed them as structured projects over the last several months to prepare for this deal. We used data-driven analytics to monitor, measure, and improve our performance and outcomes. We also ensured that our delivery was aligned with the client’s strategic goals and expectations.
A Ground-Up Innovation Culture Powered by Bluebolt and Neuro
A third factor that demonstrated our value proposition was our ground-up innovation culture powered by Bluebolt and Neuro. We encouraged our team members to come up with innovative ideas that could translate into meaningful annual revenue streams for the client. We also evaluated and prioritized these ideas based on their feasibility, impact, and alignment with the client’s vision. We then presented these ideas to the client as part of our proactive win proposal. We used Bluebolt and Neuro, our proprietary platform for rapid prototyping and testing of ideas, generating insights and recommendations from data.

A Hyper Next-Gen Automation Approach
A fourth factor that impressed the client was our ability to propose a hyper next-gen automation approach. We identified and implemented large use cases across towers that leveraged automation technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. We moved the needle and achieved steep goals before Q2’2023 to win the confidence of the client’s CIO and executive leadership team. We also showed them how automation can enhance their efficiency, quality, and agility.
A World-Class Workforce Transformation Program
A fifth factor that enhanced our credibility was our world-class workforce transformation program. We recognized that our people are our most valuable asset and invested in their development and growth. We designed and implemented a 12X12X12 skilling program that addressed every individual in the account and helped them acquire new skills and competencies. We also planned a structured and well-planned workforce transformation for transforming and upskilled 90% of our associates to make them future fit.
A Proactive Delivery Management Framework
A sixth factor that ensured our reliability was our proactive delivery management framework. We established a very robust and proactive early warning system that enabled us to identify and mitigate potential issues before they escalated. We also rewarded people who came forward with problems rather than encouraging all green status reports. We fostered a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
An Integrated Digital Execution Approach (IDEA)
A seventh factor that differentiated us from our peers was our integrated digital execution approach (IDEA). We created an innovative G1 IDEA model that brought applications, infrastructure, and projects together as one seamless team. We drove workshops and socialized this model with the client’s CIO, VP, and all tower leads in Q1/Q2 before deal approval. We showed them how IDEA can enable faster delivery, better collaboration, and higher quality.?
