When we have an opportunity to meet a person we might be able to help, we totally focus on everything we can find on the property, the market, previous sales, potential improvement, zoning, planning... we want to know as much as we can about the property before we even meet for the first time. From then on it's a collaboration with the owner to find the best possible way to present the property to the market.
