Just encase anyone interested or in same position and could help anyone in Letting/Sales. Today is our last day in the office and the door is locked for walk ins now. Its all very fluid so can change daily.
Letting -No viewings conducted by us, any vacant properties get a video walkthrough (working on them today) and putting them on our Rightmove adverts etc that they are available -All routine inspections cancelled -Check Ins- Calls are booked in to discuss lease which is electronically signed, key collection at office and short meetings only to get keys and sign inventory -Check Outs- Only when property vacant, tenants to either return keys through our office letterbox -Photos and listings as normal only when property is vacant -New instructions to be valued and discussed over the phone. - Safety certs- instruction the next two months worth of gas certs/PATs today, if not key access tenants requested to keep distance from contractors and zero contact. -Maintenance- case by case basis. Sales - No viewings to be conducted by our staff, video walkthroughs available -Photos/Listings to continue as normal Working From Home -All staff using Trello and creating a daily board for tasks which getting added to continuously throughout day, mark green for complete -Phone System- using Voipfone staff members have their phone diverted to mobile or take handset home and plug in at home -Zoom for staff meetings and discussions
