Our entire ‘order to delivery’ model is built on ‘freshness’. At TenderCuts, every order of meat and fish is cut only after the order is received at store level. 2.? The root of the promise

Our sourcing practice stands at the core of our promise. We source one hundred percent locally. We ensure that our carefully handpicked and tested poultry, livestock and seafood travel the least distance from our source to our processing units and from our processing units to our stores in temperature-controlled vehicles, right from the moment they are processed for the day.

3.? Daily Fresh

Any and all meat and seafood you will find at any of our 50+ stores are brought in freshly for the day. All the fish and other seafood of the day are sourced from small boats and fishing communities ‘local’ to the area, which bring in daily catches.

4.? The Logistics

From source to store, at the store and from store to your door, the meats are continuously maintained at zero to minus 4 degree centigrade.

Why minus 4 degrees?

Zero to minus 4 degrees is the FSSAI recommended temperature for keeping meats fresh, hygienic and safe. By maintaining freshly sourced meats at this temperature, we ensure that you get the freshest and most hygienic meat which no one else can give you.
