How we increased our pharmacy sales and revenue

Now, most #pharmacies offer the price match. It means that there are pharmacies more #expensive than others. It also means that customers are loyal to lower prices. 

Service based pharmacies or #health destination pharmacies can provide a short-term fix to the drop in customer numbers and profits. 

When customers try the #services and realise that the service didn't worth the time or effort, they will go back to discount chemist. 

The question is "What do we do to fix this broken system and meet customers expectations?"

#Customers expectations are 1- Price and 2- Service. 

All pharmacy stores need to follow the discount model (Market Adaptation). So, non-discount, service based stores will offer discounted prices. 

When this happens, all discount stores will start to adapt and provide quality service and other health services to customers. 

Market Adaptation will lead us to the next level; the cost of service provided and type of services. 

It is interesting to see most business owners struggling but never were able to break the code. 

It is simple, but the change is hard. Most #pharmacy organisations focus on their benefits. They lack strategic analysis & planning and knowledge of economics and market dynamics. 

The pharmacist on the floor is needed but for one reason; close the gap in knowledge between pharmacy staff and the pharmacist. The solution is not a pharmacist on the floor but a different type of staff, knowledgeable and well trained. 

If you think that our current staff is good, then you haven't seen a quality staff yet. 

Restructuring pharmacy staff and employing high-end employees is a merry success. Forward pharmacy is a disabled model.
