How we had our First $100,000 Course Launch

I've made six figures in so many different ways in my business, but this one holds a really special place in my heart.?
Why??
Because it was due to my TikTok course.
The same one I would've loved to have when I jumped on this journey;? when I was looking for ways to market my business in the pandemic and, with no clue of how to get there.?
Haha!
It’s always been a goal of mine to earn $100,000 in a month for selfish reasons, but also so that I could then share you the blueprint so you can repeat it, and faster.?
Here’s how we did it:
1. The hard work happens behind the scenes
The first step is to understand that before those 12 days, there are a lot of backend processes. A series of planning, testing and so much more…?
Because you need to have a plan if you want to make big things happen, right?...
It’s just like moving houses, if you want to have a nice and calm moving day, you should take care of things like cleaning, packaging, getting your new keys ready, right?
So, before the launch, my team and I put in long hours to ensure our students had everything they needed to succeed. We knew what we were doing every step of the way and had a plan for each day leading up to the launch.
We do what is called “Beginning With The End In Mind.” That means our goal was $100,000 so I had to write out a very long detailed step by step plan of everything that needed to be completed before we started selling.
For example, we know that students would enroll in our course so we had to make sure that the entire process was automated for enrollment, giving students access to the course immediately, welcome emails and a link to our Facebook Community.?
Another thing we did was making sure that our payment system was automated and connected with credit/debit cards, Paypal and Stripe.?
Now all of this may sound like duh, but you have to think about absolutely everything in advance so that when it's time to sell, you can focus 100% on selling and serving and not the things you could have taken care of prior to.?
2. Get clear on your intentions and what you want to create.?
I needed to identify how I was going to serve my audience, conveying that message to them and then secretly identifying ways that I could over serve.?
One of the things that I also did was I hired a community coach;? this means I sat for hours with a person and asked the following questions:

I also had to think about the current process we have in place and determine if there is anything that needs to be revised such as:
And don't get me wrong, I make sure to do this every October, but this was a launch set for May. I wanted to make sure that I made any of the necessary changes and updates.
I could have easily waited for next year, but then I remembered that my main goal is to always over serve.
After I made the new updates, I sent an email to previous students letting them know about all of the new updates.?
This allowed me to over serve our past students as well.?
I want to still give them value and keep that relationship going, because at the end of the day it's not just about making the sale, it's about having happy clients who will come back to you and also refer others.
3. Give before asking?
Let me use the example of my 3 Day TikTok for business challenge? to explain this better.
I hosted a 3 Day TikTok For Business challenge for just $7, served a large group of business owners over the course of 3 days and generated over $20,000. We then gave them an opportunity to join our TikTok Marketing course called Monetize The Tok , enrolled about 40 students and generated $80,000.?
Then we focused on serving!?
The thing about my 3 day challenge is that I did not hold anything back.
I invested hours upon hours with the attendees, giving them everything that I could during the time that we had and made sure that each night they could apply all of the tips that I shared and had success with them.
I knew that there would be students that would want more advanced strategies as well as private time with me so that I could assist them with their businesses, so I just served, served and served.?
But even once the course was over I wanted to make sure that I still could take care of my former students, so once a year I sent out an email to them with one simple question:
“How can I help you?”
You see having and hitting financial goals is amazing, but it's also the process behind how you do it and making sure that it’s not just all about money.?
Create your plan, automate as much as possible and then invest as much time and energy as you can into the people that are going to invest in you and over serve them.?
You will never be sorry about taking good care of your people.
