How We Empowered the Community with TechBridge?

Empowering the Community Through Learning and Collaboration: The Story of the TechBridge Community Task

TechBridge community is an initiative by BAZTechKnow to empower and educate the community through learning and collaboration. We wanted to create an opportunity for people from all walks of life to learn about the tech industry and gain the skills they need to succeed.

TechBridge - a brief!

TechBridge covers a wide range of topics, including?#DevOps, #cloud computing,?#IP?Networks, and artificial intelligence. It also provides mentorship, networking, and also provide with hands-on experience, valuable project involvement, and the chance to contribute to the growth of our community.

How we managed to initiate & execute

We started by creating a publicity campaign on social media with the vision and benefits in a series of LinkedIn posts and WhatsApp updates. We also created a registration link on Google Form and shared it on our social media channels.

Followed by hosting a Q&A session and conducting an introductory session for sharing details

Phenomenal?Response

We received a lot of interest in the task, and we had over 32 registrations from multiple countries. We then conducted an online quiz (open book /internet) to assess the participants' knowledge and aptitude. Those who scored 70% or higher were invited to an online interview.

We interviewed a total of 12 participants, and we were impressed with their knowledge and enthusiasm. We selected 8 participants to join the TechBridge community task.

The selected participants were invited to join a separate WhatsApp group and Google Classroom. They also received mentorship from experienced professionals in the tech industry.
