By being proactive about what our clients want, we’ve improved the quality of service we provide, to create a WOW experience for our clients. Let me give an example so you can see it in action.
One of our clients out in China, was struggling with creating a structure and routine that would keep her on track and avoid distractions. To help her I created a daily plan so that she could be more consistent. She ended up loving our daily plan so much, she turned the printouts into a book! Inspired by this, I decided to create our own planner and started sending it as a surprise to our new clients.
