When you continue the only other page you need to answer questions on is for base income just a dollar amount is needed and your social and date of birth. Everything else we can work on after we have the basic information. Do not worry about all of the details I only need the basic info to get you on your way. On the last page it will say submit just make sure you have a phone number and email address in the information you are submitting and I will get you qualified for your new home purchase. If you would like to start earning more give me a call. I have one realtor that we are up over 60 inquiries for pre approvals in 7 weeks. She uses Facebook boost of subdivisions to attract buyers and then we send them the above email. It will save you days and hours of trying to keep up with them. I typically respond to these inquiries within hours of applying. This system allows me to import and instantly pull credit and start talking to the client while you are out looking for more prospects. I prepare a spreadsheet that we can share back and forth so you are always aware of the progress of each client. I can set them up with free credit repair or send them back to you with an approval letter to start shopping.

Some guidelines for you:

  1. Fha 500-579 with 10% down payment
  2. Fha 580 and up- 3.5% down payment, my 580-619 score rates are lower then other lenders 620 and above rates.
  3. VA- no score requirements
  4. FHA/VA- no socre, one score and 2 scores only will qualify for a loan
  5. Conventional- allows up to 50% debt to income now and have the 1% down program thru October 1st with 720 and above credit
  6. Never an origination fee, never a underwriting fee or processing fee and we never charge for credit reports
