How we could buy Real Estate in 2030

A good friend of my friend Marc, Robert, had shared this 20-sec video some time ago:

What happens when you combine the above with something like that for Real Estate (just watch the first 30 secs, imagine there is no pre-recorded soundtrack)?

In other words, imagine that instead of Robert, you, the Real Estate professional, appear in this immersive Real Estate showing experience.

You deliver a personal buying experience. Your buyer sees you, the whole human you, in high definition. And so does she see the Real Estate listing your are selling or helping the buyer to acquire. You, the listing, together in one beautiful Real Estate showing experience.

Your buyer can move her head around to admire the details you are pointing to her, in person, on this amazing Italian renaissance ceiling. It's a true piece of art. She sees it all. She feels your expertise. Your mastery. She immerses herself in all the reasons why she decided to work with you in the first place on closing on her new home.

You make her feel so special. So human. So real.

You do all that. Yet, you do it all in a very different way.

They can't believe they've seen so many homes in so little time. They are so excited to be flying to the U.S. only to visit in person the homes that really resonate with their lifestyle. And their future aspirations as a family.

Does that fell like this could be the future of Real Estate?

2020 Real Estate selling first

To get to 2030, we first get into new 2020 personal Real Estate experiences.

At that closer milestone in time, you already deliver beautiful and personal Real Estate buying experiences.

You do it in a way that is so simple already. Buyers can activate their personal, custom-fitted buying experience in a single click on any device. You deliver that via a livestream home showing.

There is an app for that already.

Yet, you are looking forward to 2022. As a busy Real Estate professional, you drive a lot.

And you want to drive much less in 2022. Yes, you can drive much less and focus on the many other balls you need to juggle as a Real Estate entrepreneur to close more deals, faster. You know the drill. You want to be more productive. Focus on what moves your needle.

On to 2022 next-gen Real Estate selling

At that time, you can already deliver a personal buying experience that your prospects activate in a single click, from any device, without even having to be in person at the listings you want to show. And nor do your buyers, as it was already the case in 2018 for them.

As the early personal Real Estate showing mobile apps have innovated constantly, they are now able to air a showing from fly-on-demand fleets of drones located inside and outside relevant listings pioneering this next-generation technology.

Fast forward to selling Real Estate in 2025

By that time, the same fleet of drone can be used to deliver the ultimate personal Real Estate buying experience to buyers. There is no need to have so many fleets, one always "on call" at each listing.

That time is now from the past.

As the property hits the market, commercial or residential of course, it works for both, #justlisted on insta, the Real Estate leader sends his fleet of Real Estate showing drones only once at the property. That day, the fleet of drones does an excellent work uploading life-like visuals of the new listing to "the cloud".

In other words, the Real Estate professionals selling that listing will be able to immerse their buying prospects into a high-definition video and voice, real-time home showing. Without having to be there in person, and without having to command a fleet of fly-on-demand drones from any sort of livestream mobile app.

The app will be even much easier to use!

The experience just got better than ever before... The hassle-free just more hassle-free. To all stakeholders.

Five more years bring us to 2030

By that time, the life-like 3D body scan technology which will have evolved much more and be even more human-like, will be simply overlaid into the previous experience.

Buyers will not only feel their position inside the Real Estate listing they are visiting, as they do in-person in 2018, but also will they feel the human presence of the Real Estate leader delivering the "in-person" home showing to them.

Is that just magic?
